How do I place an order?
When you find an item you like, just add it to your shopping cart. I do use a secure website for all purchases. If you are more comfortable please feel free to e-mail me or contact me by phone. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER E-MAIL! For custom order please send an e-mail with your name, contact information and description of item you are interested in. I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your custom piece further.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I am happy to accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. I will also accept checks and money orders. Please be aware when payment is made by check or money order, I must wait for funds to be available prior to shipping merchandise. Usually the wait will be 3-5 business days before shipping items.

When will my items ship?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5. I will do my best to ship items within 48 business hours. We ship all of our items first class through USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method please let us know when ordering. Custom orders will ship after final payment is received.
What is your Return Policy?
I do not offer returns on any of my jewelry. If you are unhappy with your purchase I will be happy to exchange for something more to your liking. Exchanges are made for value of item(s) purchased. Shipping charges will not be refunded or applied to purchase of new jewelry. If your item is defective, I will be happy to repair it, free of charge, provided there is no visible evidence of abuse. Exchanges will only be accepted if the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and not damaged. If you would like to inquire about exchanging an item, please contact me prior to shipping any items. I can no be responsible for return shipping cost, insurance cost, lost items or anything that is damaged in transit to me. For this reason I would suggest getting insurance when shipping. Any inquires for exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving merchandise. I must receive item(s) to be exchanged within 5 days of confirmation to ship the item. If any of these conditions are not met, exchanges may be denied.

What is your jewelry made of?
I use a variety of natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski Crystals, and sterling silver. I shop for the best prices on all of my materials. By doing a little extra legwork, this allows me to pass the savings on to you. I want my jewelry to be great quality at a price everyone can afford.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes, I am happy to work with you to create just the right piece of jewelry. Although some pieces may take a bit of time to design and produce, most pieces can be complete within 2 weeks. Once I have a general idea of what you are interested in having me create, I can give an estimated cost of the piece. 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. Remaining monies owed are due within 5 days of completion and prior to shipment. If the balance is not paid in the allotted time, the deposit is then forfeited and the custom jewelry will be available for sale to other customers.
Do you do home shows?
Absolutely! What a better way to be with friends, catch up on all of our busy lives, and relax. All this while enjoying a no pressure sales atmosphere while trying on jewelry. You will see a variety of original, handcrafted jewelry. The benefit of purchasing from a local artisan is that you know exactly where it comes from. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail.
What are the benefits of hosting a home party? The hostess will get a free gift just for hosting the party. At the end of the evening the hostess will also receive 10% of total sales in credit to use towards the purchase of jewelry.
Home parties are not just for women anymore. This is a great time to have men get together for a beer tasting and do a little shopping for that special someone in your life. "But I don't know what she would like,” You may say... That's okay. If you can tell us a couple of colors, her style, if she is elegant or wild... we can help you. We will help to find just the right piece or we will be happy to custom make something special just for her - or even you!
